Expected shipping time will be approximately 8-10 business days from the receipt of your order.

*Please note, for all orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii please email eie@mos.org or call (617) 589-0230 prior to placing your order. EiE requires additional shipping costs for orders shipping to these two states.

Shipping rates for online orders (credit cards) are determined by the subtotal of the order:
$0 - $9,999 is 9% of the subtotal

Tax Exemption: For all orders shipping to Massachusetts please note you will be asked to confirm if your organization has a Massachusetts Tax ID number. If your organization does have a Massachusetts Tax ID number please include that number where applicable during checkout. If your organization does not have a Massachusetts Tax ID number, the appropriate Massachusetts tax will be applied after your order has been placed. *Credit cards do not get charged until orders ship from our distribution company. EiE is required to charge California tax to all orders shipping to California. This will be calculated based on the associated CA zip code.
