Unit Overview
It takes a lot of land to feed the world’s population—since we can’t continue to grow out, why not grow up? Students participating in this unit will become agricultural engineers as they use the Engineering Design Process to design a vertical farm to feed a community.
Core Program Unit Components
We recommend one Educator Guide per teacher and one Materials Kit per 24 learners. Together, these components create a high-quality, hands-on STEM learning experience.
